111 Capital, Inc. has been the cornerstone of real estate investment support businesses in the United States. After that, events such as the Lehman Brothers and the sub-prime mortgage loan crisis caused a period of turmoil, and since 2011 we have been working in earnest in the crowdfunding industry, which is a service to match borrowers and lenders.

After completing his studies in Applied Chemistry at Waseda University, Department of Science and Technology, Mr. Kakuuchi graduated from Chiba University Graduate School of Science and Technology. He moved to the United States in 2003, and joined the largest Japanese real estate company in California in the same year. His duties included consultation for the sale and purchase of residential properties, processing tax documents after the sale of property as a US tax accountant, the application of Tax Deferred 1031 Exchange when purchasing new investment property projects, and dealing with a number of real estate related business projects such as tax planning using US real estate investments.
In 2006, Mr. Kakuuchi founded Across Pacific Investment, Inc., the predecessor of 111 Capital, Inc. The company handled a variety of projects related to real estate, including property management for large apartments and buildings, asset management consulting, and renovation business, as well as litigation risk management.
In 2011, 111 Capital, Inc. was founded and merged with Across Pacific Investment, Inc., the earnest start of a social lending business that specializes in real estate financing. To date, 111 Capital, Inc. has reached many achievements with the purchase, sale, and management of performing and non-performing loans.
