Jim Kakuuchi is the President of 111 Capital Group Inc. and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), specializing in financing solutions for real estate investors and developers. Jim Kakuuchi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a California-licensed real estate broker, bringing a combined perspective of accounting, credit analysis, and transaction structuring to real estate finance.
He obtained his California real estate license in 2003 and has been structuring transactions ever since. In 2010, he established the predecessor to 111 Capital Group Inc. in Los Angeles, with a focus on delivering financing solutions tailored to the needs of real estate investors, developers, and operators.
